We’ve been having some water pressure and well problems for the year since we bought our house, but over the past weekend we reached a critical “if-the-outside-hose/washing machine/dishwasher/shower-is-on-we-have-no-water-­in-the-house” point.

I called this afternoon at 5 p.m. and Tim Watts answered the phone. He stopped by on his way home, looked at the pumps and filter in my well house, explained a LOT (physics/geology), and then recommended a fix by referring me to someone at another company. On top of that, he didn’t charge me for the visit.

While I can’t guarantee he wouldn’t charge for other service calls, he’s my go-to well guy as a result of this single visit. I can’t recommend Watts Drilling highly enough…a breath of honest fresh air in a business where it’s easy to shower a customer with platitudes!!!
